Federal Court Ordered the FDA Release the Pfizer Data

A non-profit organization called “The Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency” filed a FOIA request with the FDA worth reporting. The FOIA requested all data within Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine biological product file four days after the vaccine was approved for individuals sixteen years of age and older. The FDA asserted the Pfizer data should remain sealed for at least seventy-five years. The Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency sued the FDA, and a Federal Court Ordered the FDA release the Pfizer data.

On February 2, 2022, a UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE, Mark Pittman, ordered the FDA to release 10,000 pages of data on or before March 1, 2022. The Judge also ordered the FDA to release 10,000 pages of additional data on or before April 1, 2022. Finally, the Judge ordered the FDA to release 80,000 pages every month in May, June, and July.

The first release of data has been available for several months. Doctors, nurses, scientists, lawyers, and other individuals from around the country and world came together to comb through the data. Those individuals are sharing what they found with the public. Some of their findings from the March release of data are listed below:

• Pfizer had to hire 2,400 new full-time employees in February of 2021 to handle all the adverse reactions being processed. Dr. Naomi Wolf

• Deaths- 1,223
• Nervous System Disorders reported- 25,957
• Musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders- 14,096
• Skin and subcutaneous tissue disorders- 8,476
• Respiratory, thoracic, and mediastinal disorders- 8,848
• Infections and infestations- 4,610
• Injury, poisoning, and procedural complications- 5,590
• Cardiovascular Adverse Events of special interest- 1,403
• Lists of hundreds of adverse events noted with no specific number of cases.

Here are some key takeaways from the Pfizer data from Steve Kirsch, Executive Director of Vaccine Safety Research Foundation:

All the evidence we’ve seen in the releases so far is consistent with a vaccine which is too unsafe for use in humans.

There is nothing in these documents that exonerates the vaccines. It is just more data showing how dangerous they are.

It is troubling that the FDA wanted to keep this information secret for 75 years. How are they able to release >10,000 pages in a month when earlier the FDA said it would take 75 years to release 200,000 pages. How is this protecting the public? It makes you wonder whose side they are on, doesn’t it?

Even without the Pfizer documents, there are already way too many unanswered questions, questions that can’t be answered. How do they explain the odd clots in over 90% of an embalmer’s cases? The high rate of unexpected death of young people reported by insurance companies? The deliberate data manipulation of the DMED data? Dr. Peter Schirmacher’s study? The 9 studies that show that the more you vaccinate, the higher the infection and death rates? The high rates of myocarditis (higher than 1 in 100)? The huge number of unexplained deaths in healthy young kids? The large number of soccer players who are dying of heart conditions? Major airlines who know their pilots died from the vaccine but keep it quiet? CDC contractors who are deliberately instructed by the CDC to “protect the vaccine” instead of the people? The incredibly high rates of cancer that suddenly re-emerge with a vengeance after the shot? The neurology practice that reports a 10,000-fold increase in adverse events after the shot? The Israeli Ministry of health survey showing that 4.5% of people who got the vaccine have neurological damage? The mysterious variation by batch numbers? That not a single public health official will debate any of my colleagues on any of these issues? …. The list is almost endless.

Pfizer’s own data does not support the claim their COVID-19 vaccines are “safe and effective.

Pfizer seemingly lied to the FDA by claiming their vaccines prevent COVID-19, and the FDA and mainstream media then dutifully lied to the American people repeating this false claim.
