At 11am on April 16, 2022, children and parents poured in from all around the community in anticipation of the Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Arthur Park. A bicycle was awarded to a lucky winner, hot dogs were gobbled up, and the Easter Bunny made his appearance. Most remarkable of all was the contagious joy beamed from unmasked face to unmasked face.

Mayor Dial extends his deepest appreciation to the community and to the Town’s Events Committee that made this year’s event a resounding success. The community contributed more than 2000 eggs, and prizes were funded with proceeds from the most recent Christmas Luminaria fundraiser, and the weather was terrific. The event was one to remember for years to come.
