Otero Commissioners are heroes for protecting elections in their County. All three voted unanimously for:
- Approval of hand count of all votes cast after the June 7th Primary;
- Approval of removal of all mail-in drop boxes;
- Approved the removal of all voting machines, including Dominion.
“These commissioners were fearless. The more flack they got the more they knew they were over the target. They wanted every legal vote to count.”
“Major hat tips to Attorney David Clements and his wife Erin Clements and all those in New Mexico who helped make free and fair elections a thing of the future in this county.”

We started advocating for the “county commission strategy” last October. It’s essentially the doctrine of the “lesser magistrates.”
County commissioners are the epitome of “lesser magistrates,” and they are perfectly positioned to nullify tyrannical overreach by withholding certification of elections using corrupt machines.
The strategy does not empower a judge or require an entire state legislature to get on the same page. It requires finding 3 to 5 people with courage to say no to fraud.
