On August 11th the Otero County Commissioners held a meeting at the Flickinger Center in Alamogordo NM to hear the results of an audit of the November 2020 election. The presentation began with “The Professor” David Clements saying, paraphrased, “These Dominion machines are enslavement devices.”

The Professor presented the most recent Rasmussen Report which reported 50% of ALL voters believe widespread cheating occurred in the 2020 elections that most likely affected the outcomes. He announced the names of those who worked on the audit. The Professor then introduced the speakers scheduled to present, following his remarks.

"These Dominion Machines are enslavement devices."

Following David Clements, technology expert Jeffrey Lenberg addressed the Commissioners and crowd. He pointed out that the 2020 ballots can be legally destroyed after 22 months, pursuant to New Mexico records retention laws. The 22-month mark is fast approaching on September 23rd. You can read more about his presentation on the Gateway Pundit.

Following Lenberg, Erin Clements presented her findings. A Civil Engineer by trade, she performed much of the critical analysis of the data compiled by the auditors. Clements found statistical abnormalities in the data and transformed the data into visualizations for broader consumption by the public. She is the quiet warrior who does not seek credit for her significant contributions.

Erin’s presentation included an enormous amount of information about anomalies and illegal factors. She began by saying,

“Your voter rolls are being manipulated. And if your voter rolls are manipulated, there is a purpose behind it. So, keep that in mind; I’m gonna show you how they’re manipulated.”

Starting in 2018 voter registration increases, exponentially. Around that time the SOS allowed “Rock the Vote” and the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) access to our voter rolls. The access she granted those groups appeared to affect the voter rolls significantly.

Concurrent to the sudden increase in the number of voter registrations, the MVD had been closed due to “Covid”. The 30% increase in voter registrations owed to the MVD during the period it was shut down presents an unexplainable contradiction.

All the counties in the State demonstrate the same statistical anomalies despite differences in Covid restrictions and political demographics expressed in each county’s data. When describing this and other voter roll manipulation, Erin affirmed:

“I have been called a manipulator of data for showing you that [statistical anomaly], by your own county clerk, and others as well… Humans do not behave this way.”

Erin went on to declare that Dominion advertises the machines as capable of preventing inaccurate vote tabulation because the machines will supposedly alert workers to any errors. However, she showed multiple examples of votes cast which should have been caught by the machines but were not.

At the end of the night, Gerald Matherly, District 1 Commissioner, Couy Griffin, District 2 Commissioner, and Vickie Marquardt, District 3 Commissioner voted on the agenda items. Against the advice of the County Attorney RB Nichols, but following the advice of David Clements, Erin Clements, and others, Commissioners Couy Griffin and Vickie Marquardt voted to file a lawsuit against the NM Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver.

The lawsuit alleges “abuse of power, gross negligence in her refusal to decertify the illegal machines, and a myriad of other issues can and should be raised,” said David Clements. They same two Commissioners also voted to remove the drop boxes and Dominion machines, as well as perform hand count tabulation in place of using the Dominion machines during the General Election. Commissioner Gerald Matherly voted against, but the measure passed with the majority vote, nonetheless.
